To avoid criticism do nothing, say nothing, be nothing.

To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.

Oscar Wilde

The Weak can Never Forgive.

The weak never can forgive.

must follow then, they’re not really live.

In nature’s great unerring plan,

 only the strong may survive.

Tis through a thousand deaths

 and through self-doubt;

the weak must forever, nurse, a wrong,

never to know what life is all about.

Forgiveness, is the attribute of the strong,

I forgive them, that only shout and rant,

 forever spouting the words- I can’t.

Tout est fini.

What I do to Keep Active

Hello! My name is Al Girvan. When people ask me what I do to keep active? I tell them I work on my Cookbook and Websites. They give me a blank look; but most days, I do spend time working on my cook book and hobby websites. I also spend some time in our games room; where I am presently conducting clinics to give beginners a proper foundation in the techniques of pool. These activities serve to keep both my body and mind active and isn't that a lot better than spending my life watching TV or playing computer games?
